    To participate in your first intro class, it’s important to sign our waiver. This step is necessary to ensure the safety and preparedness of everyone on the mat. Please take a moment to fill out the waiver by clicking the button below. This must be done before you or your child can join us for class.

Preparing for Your First Class

  • Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to complete any paperwork and settle in.
  • Gi Fitting: As part of your introduction, we’ll fit you with a gi (uniform). We want to ensure it’s comfortable and allows for full mobility during training.
  • What to Bring: Remember to bring a water bottle and a workout towel. Staying hydrated and comfortable is key to enjoying your training session.
  • Ready to Learn: Come ready to learn and have fun! Our passionate instructors are eager to share the art of Jiu-Jitsu with you.
  • Membership Options: After class, we’ll take a moment to review membership and promotion options. We offer a range of plans to fit your needs and goals, so your Jiu-Jitsu journey can continue smoothly.
